Am i fat? (please read the inside)?

I'am 12(i know sounds young) i'am 5' 2" and i weigh about 104. I think i'am HUDGE everyone says it's in my head? what do you think? Also how can i make my thighs skinny there the biggest part)
Answer:
it is in ur head bcz u r soooo not fat
not thats about normal. i think i'm sort of like that.and you'll grow into your body more as you get older, but you sound fine, toward the lower end of the weight spectrum for your height.
That doesn't sound fat at all. Im 5 feet and weight 110, and Im not fat...which isn't just in MY head. lol. To work out your thighs I'd suggest doing thigh exercises that just focus on those muscle groups. Such as laying on the ground sideways with your left leg out straight, then bending your right leg over your knee and then raising your straight left leg 10 or 20 times then roll over and do the same on the other side. There are machines at the gym that tones your butt and thigh muscles as well, you have to work all those grouped muscles, It's not possible to only work ONE area, (ie your stomach) so good luck!
no your not fat. your about normal. probably a little skinny. be happy. my wife is 5'3" and 125 lbs..
nah, i think ur fine =] im 13, and like 5'3 and 96 pounds? yeah its scary, I wish I weighte more.
hmmm...well i think its in ur head an u could try squats(sp?)
im 13, 5'3 and i weigh 107 and i think were on the same page here. yes i feel fat sometimes and im told its all in my head, and my thighs are my biggest problem too. my mom tells me to ride my bike %26 swim and one day when i actually try that i have a feeling it will work.
well, i don't think that you can tell if someone is fat without looking at them because if you excersize a lot, you may weigh more because of muscle.and about your thighs, you can't target one area of the body to lose weight. i have read this several times. you just have to eat right, and excersize to lose weight healthily and that will thin you out. just makesure you keep eating if you plan to try this, i know kids who go on diets, and they totally ruin themselves by not eating for a long time to try to lose weight, but they will continue to eat junk food wich does you no good.lifting weights and gaining muscle helps to speed up you matabolism, and anything cardio is always good for you.hope this was informative. just stay healthy, and you're good, doesn't matter what you weigh, cause it could be muscle, and you know that muscle weighs more than fat. :)
I'm 15, 5'2'', and I weight 115-120 pounds and I look good in just about everything I wear (in clothes from some stores.. I'm a size S! What the heck!?). You are not fat, you are healthy. Once you mature more, you will gain height which will make your fat from childhood shrink away.
When I was 12, i weighed 148, but all i did was mature and grow and that fat shrank away! It will melt off you too, just you wait!Additional Detail (sorry, i answered before reading the full question %26gt;.%26lt;)
For your thighs i suggest running. It helps a lot! And swimming, since its summer, you'll be swimming some anyway, right? When you're in the pool with your friends try doing a few laps. Also, cycling is good too! If you don't like running, try cycling. Also, try getting into Pilates, or watching some videos with some of the moves. That'll get your thigh toned up too!
You should be just fine height/weight - wise. Your thighs might just be your body type. Thighs will almost always have some "jiggly." If you want you can find some thigh, hip, and bun excercises to tone up and strengthen the muscles a bit, which will help. But..seriously, girl, don't stress about it. It sounds like you're healthy, and that's what's really important. Stay focused on that. I know it's not easy in our society!
You are a perfectly normal weight for your age and height. I even checked it with a body mass index (BMI) calculator on this website:
http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/usefultoo...
If you really don't like how your thighs look, try looking up some exercises for your thighs online and do them regularly so you can tone your thighs. Don't worry about how much you weigh. Just make sure you eat healthy foods and you exercise regularly. If you make that a habit now it will be easier to avoid becoming overweight when you get older. Remember, you are perfect just the way you are!
Your weight is within normal limits for you age. Stop worrying about being fat. Stop comparing yourself to others in this way. It's just not healthy. Eat a normal healthy diet, but go easy on the sweet treats like candy, pastries, sugary soda/pop. Have a piece of fruit instead. It'll give you the energy you need and is just better for you all around. And make sure to get some exercise regularly. Your body is still developing. Let it do its thing.
No way, you are not fat. That is a normal weight for that height. Go here and check your BMI: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/calcula... if you need proof. I just did it and you are good to go!
