Am i eating healthy?

i had no breakfeast
for lunch i had two chicken salad sandwiches
for dinner i had a burger with a saugsage patty
is this healthy or am i eating too much?

not even near healthy. rotfl.
i dont eat healthy either, but that is WAY too uneven. too much meat and fat. Get more vegees, dairy, and wheat in your meals.
yes you need breakfast.
i think it would be healthier if you cut what you ate in half and added some fruits and veggies on the side...
eat a healthy breakfast, what is better is to eat half of what you just mentioned and add like fruit and veggies to that daily diet.
It is horrible!!!Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skip it and you are heading for all kinds of trouble down the line.You should have 5 (minimum) fruits and vegetables a day. Chicken "salad" does not constitute a veggie. You have no calcium either in dairy or plant form. You had more than a days share of animal fat.Continue this way and you can expect adult onset diabetes, obesity, colon cancer, and a heart attack or stroke.
Ok, the best way to lose weight is to have your 3 meals a day! If you miss breakfast, it's not gonna help! Its the most important meal of the day. Instead of Hamburgers, go for maybe a chicken salad or something that has no greese and low in fat. Having too much sodium, caffein or sugar won't help. Just eat your fruits and vegetables, have your 3 meals (or 6 small meals) a day. Don't forget about excersice! =D
How old are you? If you are done growing, your minimum should be:
2 servings of lean protein [ you had 4, none of them lean ]
2 servings of low fat dairy [ you had none ]
3 servings of whole grain bread, cereal, rice, or pasta
[ you had 6 pieces of bread ]
2 servings of fruit [ you - none ]
3 servings of veggies [ you - none ]
2 servings of fat - about 1 teaspoon [ you had 2 mayos, and sausage and burger patty wo%26#92;ith how much fat? ]
So you either exceeded or didn't eat any of all the food groups!
Add juice or cereal to breakfast
Eat fruit, veggie,or 4 oz. yogurt for a snack.
Eat a veggie or salad with lunch or dinner.
Have milk and cereal in AM, or sneak a slice of cheese in your sandwich.
it's always better to eat breakfast. it keeps u from eating a lot during the day. and i wouldnt eat a burger with a sausage patty for dinner. try eating something on the food pyramid.
