Am considering a diet very low cal arecambridge, slim fast ,lighter life is the actual product the same ??

Hey HunnyThey are all virtually the same thing. Why spend money on something which has a lot of added sugar anyway? Make your own drinks as they are much nicer, cheaper and can have less calories. If you have a blender the sky is your only limit with what you put in. I like to start with approx 150 mls of skimmed milk and a spoonful of some sort of cereal, porridge or oat flakes. Then I add a couple of spoons of 0% fat live yoghurt and whatever fruit I have knocking around. If you add plenty of ice and a sprig of mint when you serve it's delicious and very filling. I don't know about the Cambridge diet but the slim fast and lighter life work on the same basis as each other ie milk shakes. My dad has just finished the lighter life diet and he started at 24 stone now he ways 15 stone it is very good but extreme i tried it and couldn't do it. You will need a very strong mind and lots of will power. If you haven't already id try slim fast first at-least ud get to have a meal then. Hope this helps
