It seems like you would get better (and less embarrassing) results if you avoid the double big mac with fries and large shake AND the alli.
I think you need a detox check it out with the doctor to be safe i know this isn't the most easiest thing to do but get it checked out could be mild diorrea or you could be lactose intolerant.
oh yes its the same as the prescription med but it has a lower dosage so be careful.. i saw pts unable to control their bowel movements in stores in restaurants and were very embarrassed.. it works quickly after a meal so make sure ur prepared for it a gas pain may be more sounds funny until you poop ur pants
Why not just don't eat the Big Mac and large shake and save your body.
Or if you feel that guilty after eating, go for a walk or jog.The last thing your body needs is for you to start messing with it's chemistry. Side effects happen for a reason.
First of all if you read the package you are supposed to use Alli with a low fat, reduced calorie diet and exercise. Alli wont work if you are eating fast food. There is no magic pill that will let you be a couch potato and eat junk food and still loose weight. All weight loss pills say that they should be used in conjuction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise plan. If you do that you will loose weight anyway. Everyone wants a quick fix. No one wants to work for anything anymore.
yes. Alli blocks the absorption of fat so it will slide out your butt. If you choose to eat this way,, and take a pill to reverse your poor eating habits, then you deserve leakage. My God, use your head for more than a hatrack. eat less exercise and do not take that lousy pill that the drug maker is foisting on an unsuspecting gullible public
