After I run, how come I feel less hungry?

If I'm feeling a little hungry and go for a run, I feel less hungry afterwards for about the next two hours. How come this happens?

Check the website below for the full article, but apparantly exercissing after meals helps promote weight loss by boosing hormones that suppress appetite.Active people feel less hugnry immediately after exercising because of those hormones.
There are quite a few reasons for this, but I read in a magazine that it's because the blood flows to your legs to try to repair them after the workout, and so your body is more focused on the parts you've just used rather than what needs your attention. This is just one cause though.
