Am i fat? cuz i think i really am?

i'm 14 years old and i weigh somewhere between 100 and 106, my friends all tell me that i'm not fat, but i still think i am. some jerks at school call me fat sometimes, that might have something to do with it. ive checked my bmi and i'm 20.5, which is in the average zone. but i have a belly, and i hate it!! i hardly eat at all, like, sometimes one meal a day, and i swim, run and do kickboxing. nothing i do ever loses weight but i have horrble self esteem. if you told me to name 3 things i like about myself i couldnt do it. so i guess my question is, how do i lose a belly? lol, i mean, i know that sounds dumb, but i'm so tired of hating myself and thinking that everyones better than me cuz theyre so skiny. thanks%26lt;3

listen to me now! Eat some more food. When you only eat one meal a day the body thinks that it's famine time so metabolism slows down and more calories get stored as fat. Eating seven or eight small meals a day kicks up your metabolism and body will burn more because each meal will not be stored as fat for future famine possibilities. Eat more small healthy choices. Weight train, cardio and listen to your friends, you're not fat just starving yourself and thinking that'll get rid of the gut instead you're helping the gut hang in there..don't hate yourself either, you're only 14, let puberty, hormones and time kick in, eat right and exercise, you'll feel better and look better

No you are not fat, you are far from being fat. Stop worry about what the jerks at school say they are just teasing you to make you feel bad, that should not alter your image of yourself.
As for that belly you could try swimming, jogging, and crunches to help that out.
I sorta have the same problem but what you can do is just laugh at the assholes that tease you bc they are prolly just jealous. If you feel that strongly about it, play some sports or do exercise and eat healthy, you will feel better in no time
Even if you are short, say 5'1 or so, are you not overweight. Never mind those jerks at school. A lot of them could be jealous because they're fatter than you are. Take it easy, you are NOT too big, and don't let anyone tell you that you are!!!!!
if you dont eat atleast 3 decent meals a day you will gain fat. the body will know you arent eating much and store as much fat as possible, therefore your going to have a gut if you dont eat, keep that exercise up but you have to eat some good hearty meals after you exercise
No way are you fat. Are you sure your belly isn't more muscle than fat? Sometimes that happens from exercising like when you said you swim and run. I am thinking its more muscle.

Mmk I wish I had your body. Im 13 and Im 127. But I also have alot of muscle. not braggin or anything but I have muscle. Anyone your age thats skinnier than you is probly unhealthy.
You are definitely not fat. An average 14 year old weighs about 125. You shouldn't only eat one meal a day. If you have a little pudge in the middle do crunches every night and run.
What in the world would make you think your fat? Just because a bunch of hurtful and probably jealous kids said you was? Dear, Dear, your a perfect weight. Don,t listen to that kind of talk. It doesn't matter how "fat" you are as long as you're healthy! It sounds like you exersize well, just eat the right things. Don't listen to jerks like that, most of the time they're just insecure themsleves and are picking at you for pure enjoyment. Skipping meals isn't good and can damage your body.
You need to eat 3 times a day. Otherwise, because you're starving your body, it will keep fat in store (plus it's not healthy at all). So that might be why you have a belly. eat three healthy meals a day and you should be fine. Also, if you drink soda everyday and eat sweet things, that might be another reason. In any case, you're not 106 is NOT big, so you can't be fat. What's more, you exercise, so you hsould definitely eat healthy to give your body fuel. You should stop listening to what some d*mb*ss says. If they didn't call you fat, they'd be calling you stupid, so don't worry about it.
stop wanting to be like others and be yourself, no one likes wanabes, every one of us in this world is unique and you cant be like others. by the way eating one meal a day does not mean you will lose weight, you should have three healthy meals and snacks in between. also you are still young and growing and not eating means you will shrink and may affect you growing properly. please eatttt, but eat healthy. in the mornings eat loads of good food so you have energy to exercise and lose the wieght and be athletic. eat fruits, vegs, chiken, fish, all kind of nuts, brown bread, cottage cheese. being healthy does not mean you starve yourself or ur on a diet, it means you can eat anything as long as it is healthy i.e does not have staturated fat, food which are deep fried and so on. follow my advice and you will lose weight by eating healthy food not starving yourself on one meal a day.good luck
No, I don't think you're fat at all! I think those kids that tease you only do so so they can feel better about themselves. Sounds strange, but some people get off by making fun of others. Just ignore them! By the sounds of it you do a lot to stay fit and active. Keep being active, and they will probably still be jealous of you - But DON'T listen to them. They probably wish they were as slim as you! :)

You sound like you do tons of fun stuff to keep in shape too! Stop worrying so much about your appearance and focus on your personality. if you're healthy then what else matters? I sometimes have the same problem as you, i'm not fat but I have a little extra in middle that bugs me. Keep working out and you'll feel great! i always feel better when i do!
Sweetheart, you are not fat! My daughter is 13, weighs about the same and is about 4' 10'. She has a belly too (not to mention the bubble butt, that she gets from me and loves it) I myself am fat (about 50 lbs overweight) but my daughter and I work out together. Do you have anyone that you can work out with? It helps when you have someone else to complain to about how much you "hate to exercise". I agree that thinking your overweight can be destructive to your self esteem, but losing weight won't fix your low self esteem.OK, now that my "Dr Phil moment" is over, honey, you need to eat to loose weight! Small meals every 3-4 hours so that your metabolism will speed up and your body wont store any fat for "later use" and will burn the existing fat you have. Good Luck!
First eating only one meal a day will not make you loose weight in many casses you will etheir gain weight or stay the same .you have to drink lots and lots and lots of water ...and eat normal ...eat healthy...one other thing do some light weight lifting ...the more musscle you have the less fat u will have and your body will burn the fat off .try doing crucnches to get rid of any excess body fat on your stomach...and dont feel bad about being all skinny ...skinny bi***es are not that great and lil junk in the trunk didnt hurt anyone ...And some ppl are just jealous ...cuz they are jealous and you are prolly actually really pretty and dont need to loose weight etc...buy yea ...good luck ..and i hope you get wat you want ..=)...
