Am I at a healthy weight?? Please Help!!?

I am a 13-year old girl who weighs 105 pounds. i am 5"4 and i feel uncomfortable with my body. I feel that my legs are too big and every1 says im thin but I feel they are just saying that to be nice. Is 5"4 a healthy weight for a 105 pound 13 year old girl? Please help me!! :)
Answer:
You are at an akward age right now. Your body is going through a transition period right now so it's going to feel wierd no matter how much you way. At 105 it sounds like you are actually really thin for your height. Give it some time and everything will even out =)
Yes, you are actually below average weight.
The rule is you should weigh 5 pounds for every pound over 5 feet so you should really weigh 120.
u sound skinny or the good wieght u should just stay the same way see check for urself http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/...
You are a perfect weight! But, if you want, you can get toned by running, and lifting weights. Good Luck!
You're actually at a perfect weight for that height. On the thin side, but still healthy. I'm 18 and 105 lbs at 5'4".
If you don't like the way your legs look, try doing some light exercise to tone them up a little bit. Jogging helps. So does the elliptical if you have access to one. Even just take a long walk at least once a day could make a difference, or doing legs lifts at home.
Hope I helped. :)
Will the rule is for a female of you start at 100 lb if you are 5 feet in height and add 5 lbs for ever inch over that that give you the low normal. so you should be at 120 if you are to hit the normal range. Is makes it look like you are somewhat underweight. If you are actively in to sports or dancing this can be a real problem in the long run. Being under weight make you look sick or hard. It can damage muscle growth and bone growth this is the time when you need to be at you best weight because you are builting the body that you will have in the furture, in your case looks to be a little higher up the scale, so it anything you need to increase you intake of health foods.
