Am i on the right track ?

Im 17 , 5'5 130 pounds id like to lose about 10 to 15 pounds within the next month or so , I have been exercising for 30 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week along with strength training, i burn about 400 calories on the treadmill and i eat a healthy meal at 6:00pm and the rest of the day i snack on fruits. Do you think i can reach my goal weight if i keep up with what I have been doing? for the past 2 weeks

You actually might be a little short on calories. Perhaps a yogurt or cereal in addition to the fruit earlier in the day.
