Am I losing to much?

Okay, so I have losing weight recently, I am running 2 miles every morning, lifting weights, and I cut my calorie intake from 2,000 calories to 1,600. More fruits and veggies, lots less sweets. But I am losing like 4 pounds a week and my friends say I am losing it too fast. Am I or is this norm? This has lasted about a month now, and no I am not trying to be extra extra thin. My goal is 130 and if I keep up this rate, I'll be there in 3 months. Am I okay?

i would say depends on how old u r b/c if u r doing this when u r b/t young adult and 25 then u definitly r losing weight too fast and its bad b/c ur body is still growing but if not it should be okay maybe check with ur doctor at checkup time or something just to make sure
yes youare you should be losing 2 ilbs a week
