Am I healthy?? please help??

my:
weight- 94
age- 13
height- 5 foot 1.5 inches
BMI- 17.8 percent
waist line- 26 in.
Answer:
perfect, dont change a thing, just remember eat healthy and perform regular exercise, 3 times a week

try eating some proteins and drink milk

I think you're just fine. You have about a 7% cushion before you are overweight, so you definitely shouldn't worry about being too heavy. Also, don't be surprised if all this starts fluctuating, it's normal for a girl your age. You have some growing to do, so you're probably going to get taller and heavier, but that's perfectly normal, just keep eating well and getting exercise.
Your stats are not nearly important as how you feel. So you are the only one that really answer that question.Don't get hung up with physical appearance. If you are taking care of yourself, that is what is important. Eat the foods that are good for you, and you are old enough to know what those are by now, get out and have some fun! (That counts as exercise)
maybe you should ask your doctor instead!!!
Do you know about, or have you considered the ETHICS involved with a "no animal product" diet?I think good-ethics are a pre-course to good-health...A wise woman told me so...
