How often do you work out and are you doing strength training or muscular endurance? easy way to tell how many repititions do you do if its 6-12 thats strength training and thats where your muscles will grow and you will get bigger and bulk up but if your doing like 12 - 25 reps thats endurance and you will only get bigger to an extent and you will only tone yourself..
