Am i losing to much weight?

im in my young teenage years. i weighed 105 now i weigh 98. is that too much weight lose. im only about 4''9 also

Your petite so 105 was a good weight for you but anything under 100lbs is way to little weight. You don't wnat to get sick.

Consider your average weight. As a teenager your body is going through a lot of changes. Weight is determined by genetics as well as your diet and exercising habits. Do you fell healthy? Can you see your bones? I would check with your physician and see what he says about it.

You're fine. But, i would be careful dropping any more too quickly.102-104 is proper for a small framed person who is 4'10"

I think if you're about 4'9" you're okay. I really would hope you're not trying to lose more. If you are having difficulty gaining weight and want to, ask your mom or dad if you can talk to the family doctor about it to get some sound advice.

It's not too much weight, but you should watch out if you lose more.
please ask around those that loose wt end up with some other health problems don't believe me ask those that have lost to much to quick this wt has gone on over a long time so take it of slow good fat is OK some spreads are no good hydrogenate fats loose the wt slow remember good meat situated fat 10 grams a day fat then close off on the fats
i could rite a book on this loose your wt slow take the same time to loose it as it did to put it on
