Am i losing weight right is not plz give me some advice?

im eating 1650 calories a day or less and walking/jogging 2 miles 3 times a day. im i doing this right if not plz give me some tips and how can i increase my metabolism thank you

I dont know your height and size, but I think you should cut calories more to like 1200 calories about. Balanced meals every few hours. Dont do 3x a day, do more like 4-5x a week for 45min - 1 hour. If you do as much as your doing, your burning muscle, and you dont want to burn muscle. I think you should increase the intensity too and also I think you should lift weights.
